User Agreement for AI Form Fill

Effective Date: July 19, 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By using AI Form Fill, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

2. Description of Service

   AI Form Fill is a browser extension that uses AI to assist in filling out online forms.

3. Service Limitations

   While we strive to provide a high-quality service, AI Form Fill does not guarantee compatibility with all forms on the internet. The effectiveness of our service may vary depending on the specific structure and complexity of each form. We are continuously working to improve and expand our compatibility, but users should be aware that some forms may not work optimally with our extension. Your feedback and patience as we enhance our service is greatly appreciated.

4. Account Registration

   You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Use of Service

   a) You agree to use AI Form Fill only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
   b) You will not use the service to violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Payment and Refunds

   a) AI Form Fill operates on a credit system. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
   b) We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

   AI Form Fill and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

   We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of AI Form Fill, including but not limited to errors or omissions in any content generated by the AI.

9. Termination

   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this User Agreement or is harmful to other users of AI Form Fill, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Agreement

    We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
